For organisations

Run programmes people actually want to join.

Accelerators, NGOs, foundations, universities and employers with volunteering schemes often face the same problem: good people drift away when the programme ends. Xhunt keeps them close, gives them real work to do, and gives you evidence of what happened, without watching anyone.

Why organisations join

Keep the network you built. Put it to work.

Alumni who stay involved
Former participants keep a living profile they control, so you can still reach the right person a year later, with their permission.
Programmes with a backbone
Milestones, linked workspaces and progress in one place, so a cohort, a mentoring round or a demo day runs on a plan, not on a group chat.
Funding you can account for
Record money received, pledged and spent against each programme’s target, by source. Visible to your stewards only.
Impact without surveillance
Report totals: opportunities filled, introductions accepted, time given. Totals appear only when three or more people share, and nobody is ranked.
Your brand, your rules
Your colours and logo, your choice of whether the assistant is on, and a clear record of who viewed what.
Built for scrutiny
Every table has row-level security, consent and audit records cannot be edited, and people can export or delete their data themselves.

For your risk team

Questions procurement will ask, answered up front.

Where is data stored and who can access it?

In a managed Postgres database with row-level security on every table. The web application has no master key; privileged actions run as checked database functions. See the Trust page for details.

Can people delete their data?

Yes, themselves, from their profile. They can also download everything we hold about them as a file.

How is AI used?

Only to draft, summarise and suggest wording, always labelled and editable. It never introduces, scores or decides about people, and it can be switched off for your organisation entirely.

Can we see individual participants’ activity?

Only what each person chose to share with your stewards. Contribution time is reported as totals of three or more people, never per person.

What does it cost?

Pilot partnerships are free. We agree pricing with pilot partners before general launch.

Accountability

A record nobody can quietly change.

Consent decisions and steward views are written to append-only records. Not even an administrator can edit them, which is exactly what your board and your members will want to hear.

Bring your programme. We'll help you run the first round.
