Admin › AI and models has everything about the assistant in one place.
- Provider: which provider is connected, whether its key is present, and the server’s default model. With no provider, every assistant feature uses its rules-only version.
- Usage this month: requests, tokens, the share of the monthly limit and failed calls, with a breakdown by community.
- Limits: platform tokens a month, and requests per person a day. Each plan tier also has its own monthly tokens per community.
- Personalisation defaults: tone, language and reading level, as the starting point for everyone.
- Platform settings: turn the assistant on or off, choose a model from the approved list, and switch single prompts off.
- Prompt registry: each prompt’s version, owner and review date.
Over any limit, people get the rules-only version. Usage is counted as prompt, model and tokens only; no text is stored.

- What the assistant does, and never does
It drafts and summarises where you are already writing. It never introduces, ranks or decides anything about people.
