Getting started 3
What Xhunt is
A consent-first network where people offer skills to the communities and organisations they belong to.
Signing in without a password
We email you a link and a six-digit code. If you are new, signing in creates your account.
Start with one sentence
Describe what you would like to contribute to. We draft your profile; nothing is saved or shared until you check it.

Introductions 1
Communities 3
Joining a community
Accept an invitation sent to your email, or ask to join a community that is open to requests.
Asks, offers and the community timeline
Ask for help or offer it in a community, post updates and events, and report a post that does not belong.
Opportunities, workspaces and messages
Say you are interested in a call for help. If stewards accept you, a workspace opens for the people involved.
Running a community 4
Requesting a community or organisation space
Tell us what the space is for. The Xhunt team checks each request by hand during the pilot.
Inviting members from a spreadsheet
Upload a CSV with name and email columns, check the preview, then share the sign-in link.
The steward console
Set up your space, see what members shared with stewards, make introductions and automate small chores.
Moderating your community
Pin what matters, hide what does not belong, and resolve reports. Hidden posts stay visible to their author.

AI assistant 2
What the assistant does, and never does
It drafts and summarises where you are already writing. It never introduces, ranks or decides anything about people.
Pausing and personalising the assistant
Pause it, choose how much it writes, its language and its reading level. Community admins can turn it off.
Account and data 2
For the Xhunt team 5
Plans and feature switches
Switch a feature off for everyone, choose what each plan tier includes, and give one community an exception.
AI settings and limits
See the provider and usage, set token and request limits, choose personalisation defaults and the model.
Editing the public site copy
Change the hero, pricing, footer and announcement bar without a release.
Community requests and moderation
Approve, question or decline space requests, change a community’s plan, suspend it, and handle reports.
The admin team, overview and audit log
Add and remove platform admins, read platform counts, and check the audit log.
