Community requests and moderation
Approve, question or decline space requests, change a community’s plan, suspend it, and handle reports.
For: Xhunt team · Checked 27 October 2026
Requests
New requests appear in Admin › Communities with the description, link, role and expected size.
- Approve: the person who asked becomes the space’s admin.
- Ask a question: the requester sees it in their console and can update the request.
- Decline: give a reason. The requester sees it.
Existing communities
Open a community to change its plan tier or give it a feature exception. Suspending hides a community, its posts and its workspaces from everyone, including its members, until you restore it. Nothing is deleted.
Moderation
Admin › Moderation lists open reports from every community. Stewards usually handle their own; step in when they have not, or when a report crosses communities. Hiding keeps the post visible to its author. Every decision is in the audit log.
