Requesting a community or organisation space
Tell us what the space is for. The Xhunt team checks each request by hand during the pilot.
For: Stewards, Organisations · Checked 27 October 2026
Anyone can ask for a community or an organisation space. It stays waiting until a platform admin approves it.
Sign in, then choose “Set up a community or organisation”.
Say whether it is a community or an organisation, and give its name.
Describe what it is for in a sentence or two. Members see this first.
Add a public link that shows the group exists, your role and roughly how many members you expect.
Confirm that you run it, or have permission to set it up, and send.
What happens next
- We check the request by hand during the pilot.
- We may send you a question. You see it in your console and can update the request, which sends it back for review.
- If we decline, you see the reason.
- Once approved, you become the space’s admin and get a console with a setup checklist.
You can have up to three requests waiting at once.
