Signing in without a password
We email you a link and a six-digit code. If you are new, signing in creates your account.
For: Members, Stewards, Organisations, Xhunt team · Checked 27 October 2026
Xhunt has no passwords. You sign in with a link or a code sent to your email address.
Go to the sign-in page and enter your email address.
Choose “Email me a link and code”.
Open the link on the same device, or type the six-digit code on the sign-in page.
If you have not used Xhunt before, this creates your account. If a link has expired or was already used, enter your email again and we send a new one.
Signing in with Google
When “Continue with Google” is shown, you can use it instead. Google tells us your email address, name and profile picture so we can create your account. Your profile still starts empty and private. We do not copy your name or picture into it.
Three ways in, one account
There are sign-in pages for members, for communities and organisations, and for the Xhunt team. They change the words and the page you land on. What you can do is decided by the database, not by the page you used.
