Who can see your profile
Every field starts as “Only me”. You choose, field by field, who else sees it, and every change is recorded.
For: Members · Checked 27 October 2026
Each part of your profile has its own sharing setting. You can change it at any time on your profile page.
The four choices
- Only me: nobody else sees it. This is where every field starts.
- Community stewards: the stewards of the communities you are in.
- My communities: everyone in the communities you are in.
- Organisations I connect with: also the stewards of communities you ask to join or offer to help.
Each community only sees its own members. People in another community cannot see you at all.
What the fields are
Profile picture, headline, pronouns, languages, skills, causes, places, the time you can give (and your weekly hours), ways you like to help, and what you want to learn.
Your choices, recorded
Every sharing change, and every answer you give to an introduction or invitation, is added to a record on your profile page, newest first. Nobody can edit this record, including us.
