Tracking your own clients and work
Keep a private list of clients and projects you bring yourself, and ask one community for collaborators.
For: Members · Checked 27 October 2026
Own work is a private list of clients, leads and projects you bring yourself. Only you see it.
Add what the work is. You can also add the client, a short description, the skills it needs and its value.
Choose its stage: Lead, In progress, Done or Closed.
Move it through the stages as the work goes on, or edit or delete it.
Asking a community for collaborators
If you need another pair of hands, tick “Ask a community for collaborators” and choose one of your communities. That community then sees the title, the description and the skills only. The client and the value stay private to you.
When you mark work as Done or Closed, it stops asking for help.
