Programmes, milestones and funding
Group related workspaces and opportunities, set milestones and, as a steward, track funding against a target.
For: Organisations, Stewards, Members · Checked 27 October 2026
A programme is a longer piece of work. It groups workspaces and opportunities and has a status, dates and milestones.
A steward starts a programme for their community.
Add the few milestones that matter: a submission, a launch, a review.
Link the workspaces doing the work, so their progress counts towards the programme.
Funding
The Funding section is visible to stewards only. Record money received, pledged and spent, by source. The programme shows what was received, pledged and spent, the balance, and a chart of money received over time against the target. Every change is audited.
Members see programmes in their communities, with milestones and linked workspaces, but not the funding.
