Files and documents
Keep files with their history: your own, a community library, and files for a workspace.
For: Members, Stewards, Organisations · Checked 27 October 2026
- My files (Files in the menu) is private to you.
- A community library is shared with every member. Stewards add and organise files; the person who uploaded a file can add new versions.
- Workspace files are for the people who have joined that workspace.
Tap Upload or drop files onto the list. You can add up to 20 at a time, 25 MB each: PDFs, office documents, text, Markdown, CSV, images, and short video or audio.
Open a file to preview it, download any version, upload a new version with a note about what changed, rename it, move it into a folder, or archive it. Archiving hides a file without deleting it, and you can restore it.
Each person and community has a storage limit, shown under the list. Your data export includes your files’ names, sizes, dates and notes.
